Les exigences du client sont très spécifiques, l'écran acoustique ne peut pas être fixe, il est donc constitué de panneaux acoustiques Acustimodul-80A, de viseurs acoustiques de type VRC pour permettre la visibilité du processus de production et d’une porte acoustique coulissante RSR-C, qui permet un accès rapide à la zone de transport des bouteilles en cas de panne.
Il faut tenir compte du fait que sur la partie inférieure de l'ensemble, un espace est aménagé pour permettre le passage de l'eau lors du nettoyage de la zone où le traitement est effectué.
Du fait des fréquences du bruit des bouteilles qui se heurtent les unes aux autres (cliquetis), le traitement acoustique réalisé est très efficace, grâce à la perforation acoustique du panneau sur la face exposée à la source du bruit, dont l'absorption est concentrée dans les bandes où le bruit est émis.
